This is a place you can schedule your workouts and commit. They have extras for a membership, but it's absolutely free to sign up just to schedule your workouts.

This is by Beach Body who sells workouts liked, Tubo Jam, P90X and Hip Hop Abs. I only keep a free account myself just to keep up with my workouts. Even if you don't own any of the Beach Body products you can choose other and just make a commitment to workout for specific amount of time.

Another website that I have come across is http://www.sparkpeople.com/

This one is all free. You can keep up with workouts, your eating, and get support from other users. Great tools and other people that have similar goals that can help along the way.

P.S. Most people on YouTube state they usually don't see weight loss in the first month of ChaLean Extreme. I visited Chalene's blog spot http://www.chalenejohnson.blogspot.com/ and one her responses stated she wished everyone would do cardio 6 times a week. So even though ChaLean Extreme only has cardio twice a week I've decided to add my Turbo Jam workouts to my workouts. I think this is why I'm seeing weight loss so early.
