My First Blog

Okay This is my first blog. What do I say . . .

I want to be healthy. That's it.

I don't want to diet but make healthier choices I want to get off my a-s-s and workout because I know it feels good when your finisished. This blog is just my motivation to keep it up.

I just started a 90 day program called ChaLean Extreme, created by Chalene Johnson. She is also the creator of TurboJam or Turbo Kick.
