I know it's been a while since I posted anything but that doesn't mean I haven't been working out. I'm still here and still on track.
Yes, I missed a couple of days and I'll make up for them as I get to my 60 days.
So I did really good for 2 whole days waking up early, but it didn't last. I felt so much better too. I just haven't been going to bed early enough to want to wake up that early.
I hate taking sleeping pills because I'm even more groggy in the morning.
My Weight:
Although I feel so much strong with exercising I haven't lost very much weight. I know it has nothing to do with the program, but more to do with my thyroid condition, hormone imbalance, and my diet.
This video was helpful to me; I need to reduce my Carbs but there are so many!!
This month is the push phase and I know I need to increase my calorie intake and could probably eat more, but I'm just not eating the right things.
Sometimes it's just so hard to do what you know you need to do.

Your doing good. You look good from the last picture you have posted.
Remember muscle weighs more than fat...so you may not see a weight change just yet...but I am sure you are seeing a change in the inches being lost.
You look GREAT! ;-) Also, try eating some good snacks...pistachios, almonds, dry cereal...it helps you inbetween meals. Love you!
